Accessing Divine Provision

Journey Into The Promised Land

Luke 5:4–11 (CSB)

When he had finished speaking, he said to Simon, “Put out into deep water and let down your nets for a catch.”

“Master,” Simon replied, “we’ve worked hard all night long and caught nothing. But if you say so, I’ll let down the nets.”

When they did this, they caught a great number of fish, and their nets began to tear. So they signaled to their partners in the other boat to come and help them; they came and filled both boats so full that they began to sink.

When Simon Peter saw this, he fell at Jesus’s knees and said, “Go away from me, because I’m a sinful man, Lord!” For he and all those with him were amazed at the catch of fish they had taken, 10 and so were James and John, Zebedee’s sons, who were Simon’s partners.

“Don’t be afraid,” Jesus told Simon. “From now on you will be catching people.” 11 Then they brought the boats to land, left everything, and followed him.

Supernatural Multiplication

This is God’s plan for us today. It is how we enter into the cycle of His supernatural provision. As each member of the Body of Christ gives…

…sacrificially
…liberally
…willingly
…the best he has
…cheerfully
…following Christ’s example
…proportionately
…then there will not only be supernatural provision to meet your needs, but also to finish the work God has given us to do in evangelizing the world.

When you enter into this divine cycle, God will literally multiply your finances. The Greek word for multiplication is “plethuno” which signifies “to increase, to cause to multiply.” Within God’s Cycle Of Supernatural Provision, a supernatural multiplication occurs.

After the Day of Pentecost when the Holy Spirit was outpoured, there was supernatural multiplication which took place as God added to the Church daily:

And the word of God increased; and the number of the disciples multiplied in Jerusalem greatly…(Acts 6:7) And believers were the more added to the Lord, multitudes both of men and women. (Acts 5:14)

This multiplication was not the result of man’s efforts but was a supernatural move of God. God multiplied the number of disciples, “And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved” (Acts 2:47).

This is the type of increase occurring during this end-time, harvest time cycle. We are witnessing the greatest multiplication of souls we have ever seen. It is not the result of man’s efforts, but it is supernatural multiplication by God’s Spirit.

The same supernatural principle of multiplication occurs when you give to God. Not only does God provide the seed for you to sow, He multiplies back to you what you give until there is divine sufficiency in your life:

And (God) Who provides seed for the sower and bread for eating will also provide and multiply your (resources for) sowing… (2 Corinthians 9:10, TAB)

The multiplication that occurs is not according to man’s measurement, but according to God’s unlimited supply. God multiplies what you give until there is abundant provision. Not only are your needs met, but you have more to sow back into the Kingdom of God.

Make this declaration:

God, who provides seed for the sower and bread for eating, will also provide and multiply my resources for sowing.
