What Should I Focus On?
In our last meeting we looked at a tool to help us determine where we are on our discipleship journey. As you took this self-assessment it gave some actionable information.
First, what chair are you in. This is what needs to be identified whether it is for you or someone else. We need to deal with things as they are, not how we would like them to be.
Second what things do you need to learn and put into practice that will allow you to move forward.
Here is the assessment in case you missed it before.
4-Chair Assessment
To help us figure out where we are and what our next step should be I have a tool for you to examine yourself. Now, remember, all tools aren’t perfect, but they can be helpful.
The first page has the cover and the suggested steps to move forward from the chair you are in.
The second page is the statements that help you evaluate where you are.
What Chair Are You In?
What Steps Do You Need To Take?
What Will You Do?
What step will you work on as you start the New Year?
How will you bring more balance to the relationships with the Father, the family of God, and the world?
